About Ordena

Ordena provides a restaurant management and guest dining platform that connects restaurants and diners through digital menus, ordering, payments, and operational tools.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Ordena. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

User Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us promptly of unauthorized account access
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account

Orders & Payments

• Payments may be processed by third-party providers
• Refunds and disputes may be subject to restaurant policies
• Ordena may facilitate communication but is not the merchant of record for food orders

Orders placed through Ordena are fulfilled by participating restaurants. Pricing, availability, and fulfillment are the restaurant's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Restaurant Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate menus, pricing, and availability
• Fulfill orders promptly and safely
• Comply with applicable food safety and consumer laws
• Manage staff permissions and operational data responsibly

Pro Membership

Paid plans, billing cycles, and feature access are described at checkout and in your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Do not interfere with other users or restaurant operations

Intellectual Property

Ordena and its licensors own the platform, branding, software, and content we provide. You may not copy or exploit our materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ordena is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or restaurant services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the platform. You may stop using Ordena at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
